How I Lead
I like teams that can think clearly, ship responsibly, and learn faster than the problem space changes. The work is part architecture, part execution, and part helping people find the next stronger version of themselves.
Engineering leader / Data and AI / builder
My career has been shaped by engineering, ambiguity, and the joy of turning a blank page into something useful. I started in environments where everyone wore multiple hats, and that builder's instinct stayed with me as the teams, systems, and organizations grew larger.

I currently work as a Senior Director leading Data and AI for ITS Logistics, with a strong engineering focus. The center of gravity is practical: useful platforms, better decisions, resilient delivery, and teams that can own what they build.
Startup work taught me to move through uncertainty, build with limited resources, and keep the customer problem in frame.
Larger organizations taught me how to align teams, grow leaders, and make systems maintainable beyond the first burst of momentum.
I care about the details: architecture, data flow, engineering practices, automation, and the craft underneath the leadership title.
Away from the org chart, I am a family-centered person who likes making things, exploring places, seeing live shows, playing slower strategic games, and following strange little technical threads until they become projects. The retro style here is not a costume; it is a nod to the era that taught me computers could feel like portals.
