Technologist Manifesto…, or Things Everyone in IT Should Know
February 14, 2006 on 10:55 am | In General |I found the following link to be an insightful perspective into the issues surrounding IT in corporate America. I have personally seen way too many folks in the industry get it in their head that because they’re in the IT department, they make the rules. In my workplace, we like to call our Help Desk the Helpless Desk because they tend towards the extreme of non-response to most issues we raise. When they do help, expect an argument as to the why’s and how things need to be fixed.
This might be a good one to “accidentally” send to all, preferably from someone else’s email account.
